Rhokii is a queer trans artist living in the PNW. Currently I am taking agency over my life by making art and filling my time with drawing funny and funky little things. By commissioning me you agree to these terms:
GENERAL
No physical goods will be shipped out upon purchase. You will be receiving the high-quality images (png) via email or image hosting service. Any artwork made by me is not to be used commercially or resold in any shape or form by the client unless there is clear written consent to do so. Creating an NFT with my artwork is not allowed. Training AI or using my work or likeness for AI or art mimicking programs and apps is not allowed. You cannot trace over, recolour, or otherwise edit or claim my art as your own.SERVICE
All commission prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of your request. I may refuse a commission for any reason, the reason may also not be disclosed. My turnaround time for art can be up to three (3) months. It is likely that I will complete it before this time is up however, depending on my workload. This may be extended if personal emergencies pop up. You will be notified if this is the case. I do not allow refunds due to the nature of my work. I will fix things on the finished artwork if it is my own error for no extra charge. If you'd like edits in post or to add something you had not mentioned prior to me starting the project it will be a $45 fee. You are free to ask me to edit things when you are given the first work-in-progress sketch. After the first few edits it will be a 45$ fee per change. I hope this is understandableadopted characters Tos pending... general: please don't sell for more than you paid/invested into the characters, and do not claim the design as your own creation. currently commercial use is not valid, but independent artists are okay to sell their own hand made merchandise of the character if they own it.OTHER
You may edit my art as long as it does not alter the art itself. In the case of designs, you are free to change the design. You may not claim it as your own. You may not sell it for more than you have paid for, unless it has extra artwork associated with it.
